For those too busy playing games to prepare Christmas dinner or go out to eat, Chris Godfrey from Kingston University London and the United Kingdom video game retailer GAME announced their new “Christmas tinner” on Dec. 24, 2013, at the Kingston University website.
The canned meal has all you need for a traditional British Christmas including breakfast and dinner.
The feast begins with bacon and eggs for breakfast. Christmas dinner includes mince pie, turkey and potatoes, gravy, bread sauce, cranberry sauce, sprouts with stuffing or broccoli with stuffing, roast carrots and parsnips, and Christmas pudding.
Each course comes in a layer that is designed to go with the next layer down so the avid gamer or football fanatic can enjoy a traditional Christmas meal without missing much game time or football action.
The canned Christmas dinner is available at only one location in London at present but the developers expect the idea to catch on in Britain for next Christmas.
One would consider the market for a similar product could be huge in the United States. Wives and mothers would not have to time their meals around football. Just hand the men a can and let them heat it and eat while they watch the games. The women can be free to do anything they want.
