Christmas Cocktail Recipe - Corpse Reviver

If the holidays have you flat on your back you need to hook it up with the Corpse Reviver. This potent tipple was invented by Henry Craddock, a barman at the American Bar at the Savoy, London. This modern version is a specialty of the Zetter Townhouse. Get mixed.

Ingredients

  • 20ml Beefeater gin
  • 20ml Merlet triple sec
  • 20ml Lillet blanc
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Pernod absinthe

Preparation

  1. Combine gin, triple sec, Lillet, lemon juice and absinthe in a shaker
  2. Shake and double strain into a sours glass
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist
