Actress Christina Ricci is pregnant, according to a May 24 report posted to People online. Ricci's rep confirmed the big news after the former "Pan Am" star was spotted wearing maternity garb while walking through Los Angeles International Airport on the arm of husband James Heerdegen on May 24.

Ricci met Heerdegen, a camera technician, on the set of the 2011-12 series "Pan Am." They confirmed their relationship to the media in February of 2012, and the two married during an intimate ceremony at Manhattan's Harold Pratt House and Peterson Hall in October of 2013. The baby, whose gender and due date are still under wraps, will be the pair's first child.

Although just 34 years old, Ricci is a Hollywood veteran. She made her big screen debut alongside Winona Ryder and Cher in the 1990 hit "Mermaids" and went on to appear in a number of films and television shows, including "The Addams Family," "The Ice Storm," "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas," "Ally McBeal," and "Pan Am," which saw her star as flight attendant Maggie Ryan. She most recently appeared in the made for TV movie "Lizzie Borden Took an Ax" as Borden and as the voice of Vexy in the 2013 movie "The Smurfs 2."

Ricci's name is the latest addition to the ever-growing list of expectant celebrity moms. Others celebs preparing for the stork's big arrival include "Hart of Dixie" star Rachel Bilson and boyfriend Hayden Christensen, who revealed their big news to People on May 21; country music singer Josh Turner and his wife Jennifer, who on May 20 announced they'd be adding a fourth son to their brood in the fall; and country musician Holly Williams and husband Chris Coleman, who spilled the beans on May 14. Williams is the daughter of country music legend Hank Williams, Jr.

Look for Ricci in the upcoming animated feature "The Hero of Color City." She provides the voice of Yellow.
