Christina Ricci, who has starred in such movies as “Mermaids” and “The Adams Family” has been engaged to camera technician James Heerdegen since October, PEOPLE magazine reported on Saturday, Feb. 2.
Ricci and Heerdegen met when the two were working on ABC’s “Pan-Am,” which the network cancelled. The couple first went public with their relationship in February 2012 while enjoying a romantic vacation at the W Retreat and Spa-Vieques Island in Puerto Rico.
Christina showed offer her engagement ring at a Make Up For Ever event in Los Angeles. Ricci was there to introduce a limited edition bag she helped design.
Christina Ricci was previously engaged to actor Owen Benjamin. Ricci and Benjamin ended their engagement in 2009.
Ricci has appeared in many movies, including “Buffalo ’66,” “Sleepy Hollow,” and “Penelope.” In addition to a successful movie career, Christina has appeared on several television shows, including “Malcolm in the Middle,” “Ally McBeal,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” and “The Good Wife.”
No wedding date has been announced yet for Christina Ricci and James Heerdegen.
