Actress Christina Applegate has decided to part ways with television comedy "Up All Night."
Her decision was made shortly after the show announced it's new format, as it will be switched to a show filmed in front of a live studio audience. Applegate was apparently not too enthused about the changes.
As Applegate plays the woman in the romantic couple that makes up the show, NBC will probably look to recast her role.
Applegate released a statement on her decision to leave the show.
"It’s been a great experience working on ‘Up All Night,’ but the show has taken a different creative direction and I decided it was best for me to move on to other endeavors."
It is unknown at this point who will replace her on the popular series, but NBA will most likely start casting immediately.
