Christina Aguilera sold her Beverly Hills mansion. According to a Feb. 19 article by Celeb Buzz, the house is on sale for a cool $13.5 million. This is also the house that Christina Aguilera shared with ex-husband Jordan Bratman.
The house was on the market two years prior after Aguilera purchased it for $11.5 million. The 10,000 square-foot was previously owned by the Osbourne family. What an interesting turn of events since the family loves to bash the pop star.
Christina may have a hard time selling the home. Since moving in, she redecorated it with bright, girly colors. There' s a pink girly room and a black and yellow kitchen. It's over-the-top, very much like the diva herself.
It doesn't look like it will attract buyers. Not because of the garish decorating, but because of its pending status. The Beverly Hills mansion stayed on the market for two years until it showed its recent status.
The listing price keeps increasing instead of decreasing. The buyer may still be able to negotiate to drop the price a little.
The Mediterranean-style home includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It's situated in a gated community, along a half-acre-plus slot. The Christina Aguilera Beverly Hills mansion includes a movie room, a beauty salon, a recording studio, a swimming pool, a grotto and a barbecue area.
