I've been going to Christakis for years and never once have I been disappointed. The environment is delightful with a choice of sitting inside surrounded by photos of crystal clear blue oceans and characteristic columned Greek architecture. If you like sitting in the sunlight or under the stars, the patio offers umbrellas on a summer day or evening to enjoy your meal.
The foods are authentic and the wine selections are the best in Orange County, complimenting the flavors served. This is a dining experience that should be enjoyed slowly.
The dishes are filled with traditional Greek herbs and spices, perfect for catching up with friends or celebrating a special event.
Start with a choice of appetizers and a selected Greek wine. My favorite appetizers are the Hummus, Saganaki and the Spanakopita – all three dishes are absolutely delicious. The salads and soups are tasty and mouthwatering, but I tend to save room for the entrees.
Check out the daily specials or select one of the favorites from the menu. If you are lamb lover, try the rack of lamb or the Souvlaki, you won’t be disappointed. Seafood lovers take your pick and enjoy. I have to admit that the traditional dishes are my favorites; the Chicken Athenian and the Mousaka will leave you feeling completely satisfied.
