Earlier this summer, Stella Artois celebrated Belgian National Day at a festive dinner in lower Manhattan where the company announced the launch of the Butcher, the Baker, the Belgian Beer Maker, an online series featuring Chrissy Teigen, Aliya LeeKong and Cara Nicoletti that celebrates the creative role women are playing in the modern food scene. The launch event took place on Stone Street where the brand set a long communal table for guests where they dined on food inspired by Teigen, LeeKong and Nicoletti. The Captive star and friend of Stella Artois, Rosario Dawson, was also in attendance to celebrate the launch.
The Stella Artois videos from “The Butcher, the baker, the Belgian Beer Maker” featuring Chrissy Teigen as well as Cara Nicoletti and Aliya Leekong are finally live, and in the series, Chrissy Teigen explores the Stella Artois brewery in Leuven, Belgium and learns to prepare mussels. After learning hospitality from local restaurateurs and tasting hand-crafted mussels alongside a Stella Artois, Chrissy Teigen leaves Belgium with a greater appreciation for simplicity as a root of perfection.
