Chrisley Knows Best” took America by storm with the first season. Viewers of all ages fell in love with the no-nonsense family man, Todd Chrisley. As the family was introduced to the public, there were some issues that surfaced. Several rumors began circulating that Chrisley was gay and living a lie. While anyone who watched the show would know it wasn't true, many challenged Chrisley to speak out on the subject. According to a July 14 report from TV Guide, Todd Chrisley addressed the rumors once again while at the TCA event stating he was not gay.

The Chrisley family has endured plenty of rumors since going public with “Chrisley Knows Best.” From targeting their oldest son Kyle to more rumors about Todd Chrisley being shady, the family has heard it all. Because they signed up to be in the public eye, Chrisley says they are all taking it with stride. Of course some of the things said across social media are hurtful and tasteless, but some comments have been a rude awakening to the Chrisleys about how they are viewed by the public.

With all of the rumors and gossip flooding social media, the Chrisley family is still out using their name for good. Savannah Chrisley has visited several ill children who requested to meet her, which is a very noble thing to do. Todd Chrisley posed with Chase and Savannah in a NOH8 photo, displaying support for everyone to be treated equally. It is refreshing to see a family work together to make the world a better place instead of only working together to increase their financial gain.

Season 2 of “Chrisley Knows Best” will air this fall on the USA network. Fans are looking forward to watching as Chase Chrisley turns 18, Savannah goes out on a date, and seeing more of Todd's mom Faye. If you have missed any of the Season 1 episodes, you can catch them online at the USA network website.
