Chris Paul wins MVP award and parties in Las Vegas (Photos)

On Sunday, Feb. 17, Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul was named the MVP at the NBA All Star game in Houston after scoring 20 points and handing out 15 assists.

Fresh from his win, Paul flew to Las Vegas, trophy in hand, and headed straight to Lavo to party. After showing off his award inside the club, Paul stopped by the DJ booth to chat it up with DJ Vice, talking about LA and the rivalry between the Lakers and the Clippers. Paul’s brother CJ was at Lavo as well and had his own reason to celebrate—turning 30.

The LA Times reported that during the All-Star weekend in Houston, Kobe Bryant tweeted a photo of his daughter Natalia playing basketball with Paul’s son, Little Chris. Click here to see photo.

“At least lil @CP3 and baby Mamba can play together NBA can’t veto this one Ha!” tweeted Bryant along with a photo of the two basketball babes.

Bryant's comment made reference to the NBA putting the kibosh on a trade that would have had Paul wearing a Lakers jersey.
