Los Angeles Clippers superstar guard Chris Paul has won the 2013 Sportsman of the Year Award by the LA Sports Council, where he'll be honored on March 5th.

The 2012-13 season proved big for Paul, named the NBA All-Star MVP, led the Clippers to an impressive 56-26 franchise record, while leading the league in steals.

Currently sidelined with a right shoulder injury, Paul is eager to return to the court and lead his team to even higher heights this season.

Paul is well deserving of the award, and will be joined by the winners of the Sportswoman, Coach, and Sports Executive of the Year at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
