Chris Cox is a three-time Road to the Horse champion and recipient of Monty Roberts’ Equitarian of the Year Award. He has won many titles in colt starting, cutting, and team roping.
The Australia-raised Cox trains at his Diamond Double C Ranch, located in Mineral Wells, Texas, and travels nationwide to present his popular three- and six-day horsemanship fundamentals clinics.
The Chris Cox horse training program reflects his experience in both English and Western equestrian traditions, as well as his own early training on an Australian cattle ranch. Participants come from all riding disciplines to learn his straightforward, practical approach to horsemanship and developing versatile, willing partnership with their horses.
