Chris Brown wants to talk to police about Frank Ocean fight

Chris Brown is at risk of having his probation revoked after having a fight with Frank Ocean. In 2009, Brown was sentenced to five years of probation after beating up his girlfriend, Rihanna. Reuters reports that no charges have been filed yet, but Ocean is desirous of prosecution in this incident.

TMZ reports that Chris Brown is insisting that he didn’t start Sunday night’s fight with Frank Ocean. Chris’s lawyer has already contacted detectives and said Brown is willing and able to give them the blow-by-blow, because he knows he did nothing wrong. Sources told TMZ that Brown and his team have surveillance video of the last part of the fight where Chris is seen not throwing a single punch. The video also clears Frank Ocean who never took a swing at anyone either. The video is not a slam dunk as it only caught the last end of the fight and does not show who started the fight.

In a report on MTV, Frank Ocean is asking for charges to be filed against Chris Brown. Ocean has already spoken to police and according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s spokesman- Brown has been named as a suspect in a battery report. Chris’s account is completely different from a witness who claims Chris threw the first punch.

If Frank Ocean presses charges, Chris Brown’s probation could end up being revoked.
