Singer Chris Brown has had an eventful week. Following his fight with singer Frank Ocean, Brown was pulled over by a police officer for speeding, according to a Feb. 2 TMZ report.
Sources tell TMZ that Brown as driving 60 mph in a 35 mph zone in Beverly Hills. The 23-year-old singer was reportedly ticketed for speeding and sent on his merry way.
Earlier last week, TMZ reported Brown’s fight with fellow singer Ocean, and according to publication, Brown wants to talk to the police about the incident, which reportedly took place outside a Los Angeles recording studio.
Ocean has declined to press criminal charges and took to his Tumblr page on Feb 2 to explain why, writing, “as a child i thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. but as a man i am not a killer. i’m an artist and a modern person. i’ll choose sanity. no criminal charges. no civil lawsuit. forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. peace, albeit trite, is what i want in my short life. peace.”
