Miami, Fla. - Chris Brown has been accused of grabbing a cell phone from a woman who was snapping a photo of him – allegedly yelling at her as he drove away it. He is currently on probation for the 2009 assault on singer Rihanna, thus the action could be considered a parole violation if he is charged with a crime in the matter.
The female fan – who tried to snap a photo of the singer outside a South Beach club – called police after Brown allegedly took her iPhone, saying to her in the process, “B****, you ain't going to put that on no Website.”

The police report regarding the incident calls the complaint a “robbery by sudden snatching.”
RadarOnline.com reports that as soon as Brown heard the fan had reported his behavior to police, he called attorney Mark Geragos, who represented him during the Rihanna matter.
A source told the tabloid site that “Chris wouldn't need to be convicted in the Miami case, if he is charged. The conditions of his felony probation are very, very strict. Chris must obey all laws and not be arrested for any other crimes. This could be a huge nightmare for the singer's probation if he is arrested and charged.”
Brown was arrested on Feb. 8, 2009 after a physical altercation with his then-girlfriend, Rihanna, who suffered two large contusions on her face, a bloody nose and a split lip. There were also reports that she had bite marks on her body. Rihanna told authorities that Brown threatened to kill her and choked her until she lost consciousness.
Recently, Brown and Rihanna have collaborated on two songs – Rihanna's 'Birthday Cake' and Chris' 'Turn Up The Music – which has fans buzzing about the couple.
