Chris Brown is irate that his 'Graffiti' album is not being stocked on some Walmart store shelves.
Chris Brown is upset with Walmart for not stocking his new CD. Is it karma or a bad business call on Walmart's part?
Chris Brown believes that Walmart is blackballing him by not stocking his new album "Graffiti". According to Brown's twitter posts, it seems that some Walmart store managers may be not putting his CD on the shelves because they don't support woman beaters.
Brown has taken to his Mechanical Dummy Twitter account to vent and even curse over stores not supporting him and placing the CD on the shelves.
Chris Brown said on Twitter "im tired of this s**t. major stores r blackballing my cd. not stockin the shelves and lying to customers. what the F- do i gotta do..."
After fans kept sending him messages on Twitter about not being able to find his new album on store shelves, Brown went to Walmart to see for himself. He then tweeted "JUST WAS AT WALMART IN wallingford CT,844 north colony.. the didnt even have my album in the back... not on shelves, saw for myself"
Chris Brown was outraged that Walmart had the nerve to have Alicia Keys all ready for release this Tuesday, yet they had none of his albums stocked. He tweeted “we talked to the managers and the didnt even know anything. wow!!! but they had alicia keys album ready for release for this tuesday comin … the manager told me that when there are new releases its mandatory to put em on the shelves.. BUT NO SIGN OF #GRAFFITI. BS.”

Chris Brown seems to feel that Walmart owes him space on their shelves. Walmart is a private business, and can can refuse to sell any products that they want to. The fact is that Walmart is selling his CD in stores and even on their website. Brown was not completely blackballed, was he?
Dear Chris, the moment you decided to beat Rihanna the world no longer owed you anything. Be thankful that you still have an opportunity to make music. No one, not even you, is entitled to anything in this world.

I don't care how much you don't like an artist personally business is business. So the answer to your question is that it's definately bad business.. How many artists with felony convictions CDs are on walmart shelves. His album is still #1 out of all the R&B artist so what does that prove?
He had a squeaky clean image and then beat up a girl. Walmart likes squeaky clean. He ruined his rep and that ruined his sales at Walmart. If you are going to go "gangsta" at some point, don't start of being a goody two shoes.

I agree completely with the writer. Wal-Mart is a privately owned business. They have the right to choose what items they want to sell or don't want to. The world owes nothing to Chris Brown. There is no reason that he should be upset that wal-mart isn't selling his album. Who cares? Dude is a millionare and his CD's are being sold elsewhere. If one store decided that they weren't gonna support this sorry excuse for a man, then so be it. He's lucky to even be able to shop at wal-mart. Any other person who had done what he did would have spent time in prison but because Chris brown is famous, he didn't have to. This whole thing is ridiculous if you ask me. This arrogent douche needs to shut up and be grateful that he isn't getting raped by Bubba in the big house right now.

when r. kelly did what he did they still put his music out. when mj supposbly did what he did they still put his music out. so why cant they put his ? everyone does mistakes and i know what he did was bad but he said sorry and thats all he can do about it. stores will get money if they stock it, because there are still plenty of people that are still fans of chris, like me. his music has nothing to do with his action. you can like him as an artist. point blank . i bought his album onlinee. Welcome to the real world Chris!! This definitely goes to show he’s got a problem, and needs to deal with it. Chris didn’t hit Rihanna, he beat her up!! And for a lot of us looking from the outside in, he really doesn’t seem to have accepted what he did was wrong. His so what? big deal!! Am a superstar attitude just ain’t cutting it. It’s the fans, not the big stores that have stopped buying his music. And he can’t dictate to the stores and fans, what they stock and buy. He certainly ain't the victim in the drama he created, and about time he surrounded himself with some good advisers.
I think every store should sell his cd he made a mistake in his personal life that should have nothing to do with his music I don't think people pulled R. Kell's music off the shelves now did they!!!!!!!!
Money is money, regardless of what he did in his personal life. He dropped the ball and so did Wal-mart. Again I repeat money is money.
i understand that people may feel that chris is a bad example right now and the drama is really surrounded by speculation,however we got hip-hop artists going to jail for shooting people, we got r&b artist avoiding statutory rape charges and they all got albums going platinum all the time.....soo ALL of a sudden now the world decides to be judgmental? what about the famous woman victimized before rihanna? Mary J, Tina turner...where was their interview and world exclusive? ooohhh thats right they weren't dating Chris brown so we could just sweep that all under the rug!! I am sure all we know is what the newspapers and magazines are telling us, and of course Americans will believe everything they hear and twist it right around....Rhianna probably deserved it. I am a woman and I do not agree with beating women but I do agree in equal opportunities. With Walmart not stocking Chris's CD they are not giving him that opportunity to get his life back to normal and leave the past where it belongs. Yes it was wrong of him to hit a woman but we DO NOT KNOW fully what happened. Everyone has their moments when they lose their tempers. I believe Chris was somehow provoked in hitting her, what man whom loves the mother dearly would freely hit a woman, I know no one that would. I will continue to listen to and support Chris I just believe the whole thing is being blown out of portion because of the fact that he is so widely known around the world.
