Chris Brown has decided to check into rehab. The troubled singer who was recently arrested for alleged assault is headed for help in the form of a program that puts him out of the public eye for a while.
According to E! Online on Oct. 29, chose to go to rehab after having his assault charge reduced to a misdemeanor. Brown's representative told E! that he elected to take this course because "his goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point."
The Associated Press said that Chris Brown was released after spending 36 hours in jail and after his assault charge was reduced. This happened in a Washington, D.C. court from which Breezy emerged flashing the peace sign.
And peace is likely what Chris Brown is seeking as he takes action that doesn't involve using his voice or his fists, but rather uses his ambition in an attempt to calm things down in his world.
Meanwhile, his new album called "X" is set to be drop soon. The disc was delayed as "X" was supposed to be released early this year. However, as Chris Brown is rehab bound the day after his day in court where he came before the judge for alleged assault, this detour of sorts means that "X" may receive another delay.
Meanwhile, the man who made the music is getting some help with certain personal issues. This story is still unfolding so stay tuned.
