Chris Brown is in trouble again, and since he was already on probation, it could be very serious. According to the Washington Post on Oct. 27, Brown and one of his bodyguards were allegedly involved in an altercation with a man outside the W Hotel in Washington, D.C. at 4:25 a.m. Sunday morning.
Chris Brown and Christopher Hollosy were both charged with felony assault and jailed after the incident. The alleged victim was sent to the hospital where he was treated and released.
Brown was in Washington to host a homecoming party for Howard University at a nightclub called The Park at Fourteen, a few blocks from where the altercation happened.
The 24-year-old R&B star was already serving five years of probation for his 2009 conviction for hitting his then-girlfriend, singer Rihanna. This arrest could severely impact his current probation, requiring Brown to serve time.
There has also been some discrepancy regarding the completion of his community service hours which have been previously adjusted by the judge.
