Chris Brown is under investigation for an alleged assault that took place on Sunday night in a West Hollywood parking lot. According to TMZ on January 27, sources say as Chris went to leave, Frank Ocean and his crew blocked Chris from leaving. The sources say Frank said, "This is my studio, this is my parking spot."
"The altercation allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim," the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department said in a statement released early Monday morning. Brown allegedly went to shake Ocean's hand but one of Ocean's friends jumped in. The fight did not last long as friends separated the two men. Brown apparently left the scene before police arrived. Ocean stayed behind and gave a statement to police.
Ocean tweeted: "got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest (the dog) was there". The police department plans to contact Brown to investigate. No public statement has been made yet by Chris Brown.
Update! Brown swears he did not punch Ocean.
