Chris Brown: 'I lost everything'

Chris Brown claims the he has “lost everything” after beating Rihanna. According to an April 2 report by Contact Music, Chris Brown showed a “softer, regretful” side in a recent interview with Matt Lauer.

Unlike in prior interviews, Chris Brown answered personal questions, despite being there to promote his latest album. When asked about his assault of Rihanna, Chris Brown claimed he lost everything after that happened. He admitted what he did was “totally wrong.”

“I'm not sure exactly what he lost,” James Pitts, from Oklahoma City, said. “It looks like he and Rihanna are back together. He is still selling his music. I just hope Rihanna stays safe. Men who beat women rarely change and she should sleep with one eye open.”

Chris Brown went on to say that he felt as if he had to “regain public opinion. He also spoke of self-forgiven and having to apologize to Rihanna for beating her.

Chris Brown has shown little remorse for beating up Rihanna. It is unknown this new side of Chris Brown is genuine or if he is simply trying to promote his new album.
