On March 17 TMZ reports that Chris Brown has been booted from rehab for breaking three simple rules, one of which that was imposed specifically on him because of his Rihanna case. Now he is sitting in jail without bail until his April court hearing for his Washington D.C. assault case.
A source familiar with the case says that the rehab facility imposed a two-foot rule in which Brown had to stay at least that far away from any woman in the facility because they were worried about their potential safety. Chris broke this rule by touching elbows and hands with a woman. However, earlier this month, he was also involved in a sexual encounter with a woman in the facility, but that isn't part of the reason that he was being sent to jail.
Other rules that Brown broke include failing to submit to a random drug test after he returned from an authorized weekend away. Later in the day, he did submit, and the test was negative but refusing to do so when asked is against the rules. He also made a mockery of rehab while in a group therapy session and said some pretty harsh things which they claim is a big rule breaker.
Chris Brown's laywer, Mark Garegos, will appear in court on his behalf on Monday where it is likely that he will ask for house arrest until the mid-April trial in Washington D.C.
