Following his highly publicized assault of Rihanna, Chris Brown has become one of the most least liked celebrities in Hollywood. As a result, there are millions of people that enjoy seeing Chris Brown’s unfolding legal problems. Currently, Chris Brown is involved in legal problems stemming from a fight that occurred last October. However, a Wednesday story by E! Online reveals that there might be complications in Brown’s most recent criminal trial.

The story states that his trial was originally scheduled to start on Friday. However, due to developments in the case involving Chris Brown’s bodyguard. His bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, was recently found to be guilty in his trial stemming from the same altercation. Hollosy was found guilty in his case, but he has not been sentenced yet. Sources reveal that he may face up to six months in prison and a $1,000 fine.

Interestingly, a Wednesday story by The Washington Post reveals that Hollosy had been pegged to testify in Chris Brown’s trial, but his conviction may have complicated those plans. Currently, Hollosy is refusing to testify without immunity because he is expected to appeal the decision, and does not want to jeopardize the outcome of this appeal by giving testimony in the R&B singer’s trial.

Unfortunately, prosecutors have not yet scheduled a new hearing, but most experts are expecting it to take several months before a new trial is scheduled. Chris Brown has been in jail since March 14, but the recent developments have allowed him a reprieve from his confinement. According to sources, Chris Brown was escorted to LA by U.S. Air Marshals.

While Chris Brown may have largely avoided the major ramifications of assaulting Rihanna, it appears that he may not be likely to dodge the latest charges he is facing. Do you think that Chris Brown will learn from this most recent mistake or do you think he is one of those celebrities that never seems to learn from their mistakes?
