Chris Brown was arrested again and will not get the option of bail as he continues to face probation problems. Fox News reports on March 16 that the singer was kicked out of rehab because he had violated the rules. Brown was sent to rehab for anger management, but it appears he failed to comply with the regulations of the facility.

Brown’s probation has been revoked as a result of him no longer being in rehab, and he will be forced to face a judge. Meanwhile, bail is not an option, so he will stay in jail before he can appear in court. Brown allegedly did not cause any problems during his arrest and willingly followed officers’ orders.

Details about Brown’s violations at the Miami rehab center have not been made public, but he may have been leaving the facility without permission or not following some of the other rules. Previously, he became violent at the rehab center during a counseling session. He was able to avoid jail by agreeing to go to rehab for his anger management issues and appeared to be making progress. Brown had not failed his drug tests, and he was completing the necessary community service hours ordered by the judge. Brown’s legal problems stem from his 2009 assault of Rihanna, but he is also facing a new trial for assaulting a man at a hotel.
