It was a true brawl on Sunday (January 27, 2013) as Chris Brown and Frank Ocean fought over a parking space in West Hollywood. The two singers were reportedly going for the same parking spot outside of a recording studio when Brown got out of his car and punched Ocean.
Chris' actions led to a knock-down-drag-out fight in which police were called on scene. "We are going to investigate," said L.A. County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore. "It is our understanding it does not rise to the level of an alleged assault. As a matter of fact, it could be a minor scuffle over a parking spot. Chris Brown is a named suspect in a battery report. The victim (Frank Ocean) is desirous of prosecution."
This will be Brown's second battery charge out of Los Angeles if found guilty of being the aggressor in Sunday's altercation.
