Chris Brown and Drake blame each other for club brawl

Artists Chris Brown and Drake are reportedly trying their hardest to avoid the blame over the club brawl that occurred last year.

The legal teams for both sides are pointing the finger at each other, in response to the lawsuit filed by French model Romain Julien, who was apparently injured during the chaotic scene at the club.

Although they are not suing each other, they are pointing fingers at each other to avoid liability for Julien's injuries.

Individuals from Brown's camp claim "Brown is not liable for the alleged acts of individuals alleged to be in his 'entourage' or 'posse' since, if any such individuals were present, they were independent contractors and not employees."

The response from Drake's team is very similar, as they both try to avoid taking the blame for the incident.

Drake also claims that the "negligence, carelessness, recklessness and violations of law" are the fault of Chris Brown and the club owners.
