Chris Brown's biggest regret is hurting Rihanna according to an interview with The Mirror on Feb. 26. He says that brutalizing Rihanna was the "deepest regret of my life, the biggest mistake."
In the interview at Elton John’s Aids Foundation Oscars fund raising party in West Hollywood, Chris Brown said: “Sometimes you row, you fight, with the one you love and things get said, stuff spirals. That night was the deepest regret of my life, the biggest mistake. But she loves me – what can I say? I’m forgiven… but, yes, I worked hard for it".
At the Oscars, host Seth MacFarlane compared the violent best picture nominee Django Unchained to a "date night for Rihanna and Chris Brown."
Brown stated that "people attack me and criticize me, it happens all the time," Brown said. "But they don't know me, and they don't know us. It doesn't bother me any more."
Brown assaulted Rihanna in 2009, leaving her face beaten after the two argued over text messages found on his cell phone. Brown was sentenced to probation for five years and six months community service.
Rihanna has forgiven Chris for that brutal night. She says he has a good heart. The famous singers are a couple again, and no longer have brutal arguments like that night.
