Last night's episode of "Chopped" offered four more chefs an opportunity to compete for the $10,000 and the very elusive title of a champion in this episode where the chefs were given items in the three mystery boxes in this episode titled, “Chocolate Competition.”

The judges for this episode are: Aaron Sanchez, Maneet Chauhan and special guest chef Christina Tosi. The host, as always is Ted Allen.

Competing in this episode are: Phillip Frankland Lee, chef and owner of Scratch Bar in Los Angeles, Lucy Collins, sous chef at Costata Steakhouse in NYC, Pierre Coray, a private chef from Los Angeles, and Jureg “Fed” Federer, owner of Sex on the Table in NYC, who teaches cooking with aphrodisiacs.

The first round appetizer mystery box contained: Mayan Chocolate Bars, Chocolate Martinis, Eggplants and Pasta Sheets. Fed made Eggplant Cannelloni using red wine, onions and olive oil. Lucy made chocolate eggplant ravioli using white wine, milk and shallots; Pierre made pasta ratatouille with chocolate sauce using mushrooms, orange liqueur and red bell peppers. Phillip made eggplant agnolotti with chocolate sauce using herbs, lime juice and olive oil. The chef eliminated from the first round was Pierre, who did not incorporate the chocolate martini in his dish.

The entree round contained: Chocolate Cake Pops, White Chocolate Cocoa Mix, Quail and Serrano Peppers. Fed made quail with raspberry chutney and white chocolate sabayon using red potatoes, white wine and raspberries. Phillip made oven-roasted quail with carrot puree and assortment of chocolate using asparagus, haricots verts and ginger. Lucy made pan-seared quail with white chocolate broccoli puree using cornichon juice, pancetta and shallots. The chef who was "Chopped" in this round was Lucy, because her entrée was not the proper size of an entrée.

The dessert round included: Cacao Paste, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, Baumkuchen and Bing Cherries. Phillip made cacao and peanut butter sponge cake using eggs and butter. Fed made tarts with English custard using vanilla, milk and egg yolks.

The winner of the $10,000 and "Chopped" chocolate champion was Phillip, who can go home proud, as four of his friends all won, and he can join them at the big boy’s table and finance his dream of making a movie.
