Tonight's episode of "Chopped" offered four more chefs an opportunity to compete for the $10,000 and the very elusive title of a champion in this episode where the chefs were given items in the three mystery boxes in this episode titled, “Bacon Baskets!”

The judges for this episode are: Amanda Freitag, Scott Conant and special guest chef Adam Sobel. The host, as always is Ted Allen.

Competing in this episode are: Peter Kontmanolis sous chef at Brookville Country Club in Old Brookville, L.I., N.Y., Blake Orchard, sous chef at BLD Restaurant in Los Angeles, Roxanne Spruance, executive chef at Alison Eighteen in N.Y.C., and Noah Blom, chef and owner of Arc Food and Libations Restaurant in Costa Mesa, Calif.

The first round appetizer mystery box contained: Mangalista Bacon, Apple Chips, Horseradish Leaves and Smoked Pork Chops. Blake made fires lardon salad with braised horseradish leaves using olive oil, almonds and apples. Noah made bacon fat braised pork chop with goat cheese and lardons using sea salt and Mexican crema. Roxanne made pork chop with bacon shallot gastrique, and apple curry horseradish greens using shallots, red-wine vinegar and onions. Peter made goat cheese, bacon & horseradish leaf stuffed pork chops using shallots and thyme. The chef eliminated from the first round was Noah, who made too large a plate for an appetizer, by leaving the pork chop whole.

The entree round contained: Iberico Bacon, Pork Loin, Kimchi and Dried Cherries. Blake made pan-roasted pork loin with sherry-cherry gastrique using sherry vinegar, chicken stock and apple cider vinegar. Roxanne made pork loin with black bean and dried cherry puree using black beans, sesame oil and cilantro. Peter made roasted pork loin with cherry Dijon glaze, and bacon and kimchi scrambled egg. The chef who was "Chopped" in this round was Peter because his mix of ingredients did not work together.

The dessert round included: Applewood Smoked Bacon, Poached Pears, French Toast and Cracklings. Blake made French toast hash with poached pears using ricotta cheese, lemons and egg yolks. Roxanne made French toast ice cream with bacon fat streusel using eggs, cream and cinnamon.

The winner of the $10,000 and "Chopped" bacon champion was Roxanne Spruance, who took home the bacon.
