Dear Readers, I don’t think that it’s a secret that my main way of conversing with Spirit is via automatic writing, which I love because it gives me a complete written record of my conversations. What you may not know is that one or more of my Guides channels a message for my Facebook author page every Friday, and several times a week for my Channeled Guidance Facebook page. That’s right—my Guides love their Facebook time, and I’ve taken the liberty of including a post from the ‘GG’ in today's column.
‘GG’ is my acronym for ‘Guide Group’ (you can see that my imagination is limited), and is made up of the group of Guides and some of my relatives on the other side of the veil who came together to channel much of the material in my first book, Windows of Opportunity. Occasionally they reunite for an automatic writing session with me, or to do a post for Facebook. Some of the members of the 'GG' are my Guides Jeremy and Olexeoporath; and my Grandmother, Marjorie Knapp, who dispenses wisdom from the other side as if I were still sitting with her in her living room in Congers, New York.
The subject matter of the post below is about making choices; and includes wisdom that we can all use to propel ourselves forward and expedite our Spiritual growth--which is why I decided to include it in my column.
'Sherri, this is the GG. We are here this morning to talk about a topic that is of great importance and that is the power of choice and the consequences of choice. Every soul has a life plan, goals that soul wishes to accomplish during a given incarnation. Windows of opportunity are put in place, but in order to successfully go through that window, to successfully learn the lesson, or experience what the soul wishes to experience, choices are made. These choices are made in response to situations or circumstances in which the soul finds itself. When a choice doesn’t yield the required results, another window will open in the future with a similar situation so that the soul has another opportunity to move forward. Even though every soul has a life plan, nothing is set in stone: one can stay on path or veer far off the original path depending on the choices that one makes. This is why it is good to review the past, learn from it, and apply what you have learned to future events in your life. If you go to a psychic and you are given information about future events, the psychic is telling you about probabilities, based on what they see at the present time, yet nothing is set in stone, and what you are told can change depending on the choices that you make and the actions that you take. As a human being your life flows like a river with many tributaries, you are the captain, and the power lies within you to re-set your course at any time. Go in peace."
Recognizing our life scripts is the first step in learning to spot our windows of opportunity; and recognizing a window of opportunity means that the action we take when faced with one will be more thought out and appropriate to expediting our Spiritual growth.
