Chocolate rum balls

Bring out this classic recipe during the holidays to impress everyone.

3 ¼ cups vanilla wafers, crumbled
¾ cup powdered sugar (plus more to roll in)
¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 ½ cups walnuts, chopped
3 tbsp. corn syrup
½ cup rum

In a bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa, and chopped nuts. Add in the corn syrup and rum, stirring well until everything is completely combined. Form balls and roll in powdered sugar. Serve immediately.*

*If you want to keep this and serve later, store in a sealed container and roll in fresh powdered sugar (again) before serving.
