Chocolate fashion show time in Paris, France hit again on Wednesday (Oct. 30). The annual chocolate fashion show draws quite a bit of attention because the models all wear designs made entirely out of the confection. According to a report on the event, many celebrities took to the stage to help take part in the 19th annual occurrence. Those participating seemed to have a lot of fun doing it as well, twirling on stage in their specially designed garments.
Among those people who participated were numerous French television personalities, 2012 Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli, and Sophie Talmann, Miss France 1998. It's certainly a huge deal in the country, drawing even more famous people who simply want to attend and watch from the front row as the models display all of the latest creations. After 19 years it has become a huge event that opens up a five day celebration of the candy.
Speaking about participating in the chocolate fashion show, Bartoli stated, "Honestly, It was a real pleasure to do a part of this show. The dress was amazing and to see all the work done by the chocolate maker and also by the designer." It definitely sounded like she had a lot of fun doing it and it is certainly a creative way to celebrate one of the most loved foods from around the world.
