  • 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Topping Options: (pick the ones you like best)

Andes Candies baking bits

OR
Come up with your own idea!

Line 1 or 2 cookie sheets with wax paper or no-stick foil.
In a double broiler, melt semi-sweet chips on the stove.
When melted, dip marshmallows one at a time into the chocolate. Place onto lined cookie sheet. You can submerge the entire marshmallow or just ¾ of it. After you dip about 5 or 6 into the chocolate, roll them into the topping of your choice. Place them back onto the cookie sheet.
Continue this process until you have your desired amount of dipped marshmallows or you run out of marshmallows or chocolate!
Place in refrigerator to harden.

If you would like to, you can melt about 36 caramels (after you unwrap them) in the microwave with about 2 TBSP of hot water. Dip your marshmallows into the caramel and then coat with toppings. Or dip into caramel and then into chocolate and then cover with toppings! Is your mouth watering yet?
