BEST EVER CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 stick margarine or 1 stick butter, softened
1 bar German Sweet Chocolate, melted
1 cup water
6 ounces chocolate chips (or peanut butter chips)
Mix first 6 ingredients well with electric mixer. Fold in chips. (Place the chips in a baggie with a teaspoon of flour and shake gently. Add all this to the cake batter and your chips won’t fall to the bottom of the pan and burn. They will disburse themselves throughout the batter.) Divide batter and bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour. The entire batter can be put in a bundt pan or a large loaf pan for a denser cake. Note: Spray each pan with Pam first to avoid baked cake sticking to the pan.
