Chocolate and Valentine's Fun in Historic Deerfield, MA

2010 American Heritage Chocolate Celebration
February 13, 2010
10:00 am - 4:00 pm

What could be better than a family-friendly Valentine's Day Celebration with Chocolate?  Wether you have kids of your own, steal your nieces and nephews for the day (so mom and dad can have a break) or are just a big kid or chocolate lover yourself, head to Historic Deerfield, MA for the 7th Annual American Heritage Chocolate Celebration

Experience chocolate the way early New Englanders did. Activities include demonstrations, lectures, open hearth cacao roasting, museum tours, a silversmith hot chocolate pot making demonstration, arts and crafts and horse-drawn wagon rides.  And, what celebration isn't complete with that magical food group: CHOCOLATE and lots of it!  Gourmet desserts, foods and beverages, all featuring chocolate as the main theme, will be prepared by Champney’s Restaurant & Tavern at the Deerfield Inn.

American Heritage Chocolate® is a re-creation of colonial American chocolate produced by the Historic Division of Mars, Inc.
