Chobits:recommendation and review

This recommendation and review is about Chobits. It is written by Clamp. It is released by TokyoPop. It is an eight volume series. It even has an anime series attached to it.

It is about a cram student name Hideki. He only goes to cram school because his parents want him to go to a good college. What he wants really bad is a computer especially a persocom ( a computer that looks like a person). But they are really expensive. After she wakes up all she can say is Chi, which ends up being her name. Even though he doesn’t have the computer software disk, Chi is a fast learner. To try to find out what or who made her she makes two persocoms crash. When she makes the second computer crash, a computer genius believes that she is a chobit. The boy posts about Chi on a computer board and someone sends a picture of what looks like Chi plus several weird incidents follow that. What happens next? You’ll have to read to find out.

It’s a very good series. Its very entertaining. There’s a Lord of the Rings joke in it. There is very likeable characters. This examiner recommends this for everyone. It is for Teen and up.

If you live in the Colorado Springs area, you can find this series at your local PPLD branch. Happy Reading!
