The actual Chinese New Year may not be until Monday, January 23, 2012, but the Angry Birds are celebrating it now. A new update has been released for Angry Birds Seasons and it actually has come out a day earlier than even the trailer said it would which had it planned for January 20, 2012.
In the new levels, the Angry Birds take on the characteristics of traditional Chinese hats, have paper lanterns hanging all over the place, and some even have Fu ManChu style facial hair. In all, there are 15 new levels in this update.

Ever since some issues during the spring of 2011 with updates and levels not being released according to schedule or in a timely enough manner for fans; Rovio has done an incredible job with keeping on track. They've also released a number of new updates that should - but probably won't - keep fans happy.
