Chinese New Year is this Sunday, February 10th. Welcome the year of the Snake at a local Chinese restaurant! Share a traditional family-style Chinese meal, such as hot pot, where families gather around a large pot of broth simmering with vegetables, meat, seafood, and noodles. Eat mandarin oranges, sticky rice cakes, taro cakes, and noodles. Remember to leave your noodles uncut to signify longevity and long life.
