The Chiller Channel is taking a whole new meaning to "Throwback Thursday." Its going to be airing every Thursday a "Throwback" film at 9 p.m. ET. This is good news to horror fans especially since Chiller is looking to do more 80s and 90s horror, so fans of those decades will want to make sure they are watching.

Here's the schedule for both July and August:

"Slaughter High" (1986)-July 10

"Slaughter High" was written and directed by George Dugdale, Mark Ezra, and Peter Litten. Its a slasher film about a high school reunion that turns deadly because of past ill wills.

"Sleepwalkers" (1992)-July 17

"Sleepwalkers," is based on a script written by the master of horror Stephen King. Mike Garris directed the movie and Brian Krause, Madchen Amick, and Alice Krige starred in the movie. It's about a mother and son who are the last of their dying breed known as Sleepwalkers. They rely on the life-force of young female virgins.

"C.H.U.D II" (1987)-July 24

David Irving directed "C.H.U.D. II," and Brian Robbins, Tricia Leigh Fisher, and Bianca Jagger starred in it. This sequel decided to mix horror and comedy together, so it's either a hit or a miss for fans of "C.H.U.D."

"Ginger Snaps" (2000)-July 31

"Ginger Snaps" has to be one of the more popular werewolf films of recent memory. This Canadian horror film was directed by John Fawcett and starred Emily Perkins, Katharine Isabelle, and Mimi Rogers.

"Toolbox Murders"-(2004)-Aug. 7

"The Toolbox Murders," is about a historic hotel that is a host to a supernatural evil. Tobe Hooper directed the movie, a name that is synonymous with "Texas Chainsaw Massacre."

"Night of the Living Dead" (1990)-Aug 14

Tom Savini directed this 90s remake of Romero's cult classic "Night of the Living Dead." Actor Tony Todd starred in the lead.

"City of Lost Children" (1995)-Aug. 21

Marc Caro and Jean-Pierre Jeunt directed "City of the Lost Children." Ron Perlman, Daniel Emilfork, and Judith Vittet starred in the surrealist film. The story is about a scientist kidnaps children, so he can steal their dreams.

Christine (1985)-Aug. 28

Based on Stephen King's book, "Christine," was directed by John Carpenter. Keith Gordon, John Stockwell, Alexandra Paul, and Harry Dean Stanton starred in this horror thriller. "Christine," is about a possessed car, and how it controls its owner.

So that's the schedule that Chiller shared and it looks like an interesting pick of movies. Remember they will be airing on Thursdays and at 9 p.m. ET.
