Child Molestation in South County

Ronald Hook, 75, of South County has been accused of molesting a 15-year old girl over the last six years. He is accused of touching her face and legs with his genitals. Hook is also accused of allegedly watching the victim and her boyfriend engaging in sexual acts. This is known as Voyeurism which is not illegal in the state of Missouri even though it is a deviant act; however, Missouri like many other states will bring charges under stalking and harassment. At one point, he asked if he could participate in the sexual acts with them but they refused. Hook has been charged with 5-counts of child molestation and sexual misconduct.
