The last thing many of you want to think about right now is going out in that cold windy weather to exercise; Did you know there will eventually be a 100 mile paved path in Louisville for walkers, joggers and cyclists? Parts of the path will even be opened to horse back riding. So far, about 23 miles are complete.
You may want to find indoor activities while it’s so chilly outside, but keep in mind even when it is cold outside it doesn’t take long to warm up when walking at a nice pace. Take it from me (former letter carrier). For more information, see the article from the Courier-Journal.
