Ever tell yourself you should make enough for leftovers, but find yourself uninterested in eating the same thing over and over again? You're not alone!
Here's a quick and easy recipe to follow. Then you can revamp your chicken and make 2 different dishes! On the menu? Chicken pasta and soft chicken tacos.
2 lbs. chicken thighs
1 yellow onion chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 16 oz. can of chopped
1 teaspoon fresh garlic
1 teaspoon chicken consume
Pinch of salt and pepper
Mix all of the ingredients into a crock pot and cook on high setting for 8 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked through, just add a sprinkle of basil, oregano, paprika and olive oil for the pasta.
If you're in the mood for chicken soft tacos add some cilantro, lime, chili powder and cumin.
Just like that...voila! Two dishes for the price of one! Buon Provencho!
