This chicken recipe has it all! It’s a bit sweet, a bit tangy, and so incredibly moist! People who have tried it tend to think it’s the best chicken they have ever eaten. These baked chicken breasts are coated with a sauce that’s easy to make and is spectacular.
Don’t skip any of the ingredients for the sauce. Each combines so well with the other, that you need them all. It’s possible to substitute other vinegar for the red wine vinegar (white vinegar or apple cider vinegar will work just as well), and another type of spicy mustard for the Dijon, but don’t eliminate an ingredient altogether.
For those of you who prefer to use a slow-cooker, the author of the recipe suggests that you can put it on low for 3 – 4 hours.
