Chicken/Turkey pot pie is one of my favorites, but the store brands are SO loaded with calories - practically a whole day's worth in one small pie! When I read your simple ingredients, I don't see how they can make it so caloric! Is this recipe as healthy as it sounds and do you have any idea how many calories this is?

Jamie this recipe has a lot less additives and preservatives than the store bought (frozen) kind. With this recipe, the soup will have some and sodium as well. The fresher the ingredients, the better it will be for you. Honestly, I have never added up the calories in this dish :-) Im am so happy you guys like this dish! Thanks :-)
