I remember my mom making these often when I was young. I was not a fan of meat, but I would always eat these. I often make them for my family and they always go over really well. Most times I serve them over potatoes. But, they are easily turned into a Parmesan recipe. Just add tomato sauce and cover with mozzarella cheese!
Chicken Cutlets
- 1 package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or tenders)
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil
- 1 Bottle of chicken gravy
Rinse off your chicken.
Dip each piece in your beaten eggs.
Cover each piece with breadcrumbs.
Fry your chicken in oil on medium heat until it is cooked through. Your cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your chicken. It will be from 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Place fried chicken on a paper plate and allow it to drain.
Then, place it on your serving tray and cover with your gravy.
Serve over mashed potatoes!
