Chicken Act, ok.... the ordinance to allow home coops for fowl inside city limits is one item on the menu for the Oklahoma City Council to vote on December 31, 2013. Urban OKC politics expanding liveablity features slowly.
Various items in this collection of questions have been meted rightly to multiple individual questions, again setting the pace for transparency in Oklahoma City government. Asking the public to consider compounded questions is confusing, and can result in falsely promoted items of legislation hiding other items.... but it is also against the State Constitution to host laws or policy that have more than one item per considered issue.
So. Tuesday morning, bright and early at 8a, any parties interested in further promotion or refusal of any of these items is asked to be present, or to contact their representatives regarding these items.
Here is the map and here are your elected peeps, peeps. http://www.okc.gov/council/ Let them know if it is yeah or neigh on these progressive, transparent urban agrarian novelties that will improve the quality of life in Oklahoma City.
