Marc Falkoff, Northern Illinois University criminal law professor who represented 17 Guantánamo Bay prisoners, will discuss issues related to the torture the prisoners suffered, the false information elicited, and the resignations of key military prosecutors involved in the cases. 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at McHenry County College Conference Center, 8900 Hwy 14, Crystal Lake.
