Chicago's Fleming's Prime Steakhouse shares its Bella-Tini cocktail recipe

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar of Chicago and Lincolnshire suggests you start Valentine's evening by toasting your beloved with a Bellini-inspired cocktail they call the Bella-Tini ($9.95). It includes Belvedere Vodka, peach purée and Mas Fi Cava Sparkling Wine.

Fleming's Bella-Tini

Ingredients:
1 ounce Belvedere Vodka
1/4 ounce Peach Schnapps
1 ounce peach purée
1/4 ounce lemon juice
Splash Grenadine

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake until well blended and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Mas Fi Cava Sparkling Wine or Prosecco.
