The ThYck Troupe of Chicago is much more than a "modeling troupe". It is a non-profit organization for full-figured women. It was founded by Actress/Singer/Model Tressa Thomas (The Five Heartbeats) in 2009. The organization is dedicated to the training, development, and empowerment of plus-sized women who wish to pursue careers in performing arts. The ThYck Troupe is holding an orientation on Saturday, June 11th.
