Chicago man arrested for strangling puppy to death

Tiewian Johnson, a 37-year-old Chicago man, was charged Wednesday with aggravated cruelty to animals and assault.

This is just plain sick! How could someone do this to a defenseless animal! How can people live with themselves! This is really upsetting! Wish there was more attention brought to these kinds of cases!
