Monthly Mini Model Build September 2009

The free monthly mini model build for September 2009 is a tiny LEGO book and pencil that are perfect for getting kids in the mood to go back to school.

Children ages 6 to 14 can visit Chicago LEGO Stores on Tuesday, September 1 between 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to receive and learn how to build this free LEGO model to keep. Quantities are limited to about 250 free models per store.

LEGO exclusive set savings and news

From Friday, September 4 to Wednesday, September 16, fans of exclusive LEGO sets can save $30 off the purchase of the hard to find LEGO Green Grocer set.

On September 4, LEGO Stores, the LEGO catalogue, and the online LEGO Web site will begin selling two new exclusive LEGO sets – the LEGO Fire Brigade and the Tantive IV Star Wars Classic LEGO set. Assembled versions of both models will be on display in LEGO Store galleries.

From Monday, September 21 to Thursday, September 24, LEGO builders can save $25 off the exclusive LEGO Town Plan set.

Chicago customers that pick up a copy of the September LEGO Store calendar will find a coupon good from September 1 to September 30 for a free Mini V-19 Torrent with a $75 LEGO Star Wars purchase.

The new Orland Park LEGO Store at Orland Square Mall is holding its Grand Opening Celebration from Friday, September 11 to Sunday, September 13.

Captain Rex LEGO Model Tour will make a stop at the LEGO Store Orland Park, also from September 11 to 13. Visitors will be able to view a life-sized Star Wars LEGO Model of Captain Rex.
